We are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years experienced HR professional. This is a full-time on-site role for a senior executive - HR & Admin at Asiaville located in Chennai. The HR & Admin will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management.
Qualification & Skills-
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources / MBA or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements Experience in recruitment and selection processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft excel. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities-
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating on boarding for new hires. Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee leave & attendance. Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, appraisal process and fostering a positive work environment. Employee engagement activities. Maintain employee records and database.
Generating monthly PF & ESI challan, handling employee quires in PF & ESI Maintaining labour act registers & annual return filling. Manage employee separations, including exit formalities and ensuring smooth transitions. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. General office administration and facility support.
