We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Administration Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administrative functions to support our organizational objectives.
Skills Required-
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR management and administration roles, preferably in a corporate setting. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and best practices. Strong understanding of training and development principles and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. Proficiency in G- suite and HRMS
Responsibilities-
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while fostering a positive work culture. Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills, improve performance, and promote career growth. Involement in performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, boost morale, and increase productivity. Design and implement rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee contributions and achievements. Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a conducive work environment.
