We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can work across the stack, from front-end to back-end, with a strong emphasis on .NET Core/ Framework and SQL Server. You will be working with a small, dynamic team and must be comfortable coordinating with stakeholders based in both India and the US.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core/Framework technologies.
Design, build, and manage databases, ensuring performance and security with SQL Server.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Build and optimize responsive web applications and APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile processes.
Work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring clear and consistent communication with teams across different time zones.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
6-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and complex queries.
Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like React or Angular.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with India and US-based teams.
Preferred Skills-
Some experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
Familiarity with CI/ CD pipelines.
