Aditya Infotech is looking for Technical Support Engineer

Candidate should be Any IT Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Network Engineering, LAN Troubleshooting, Hardware Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA/ MCSE/ JCHNE. Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting will be desirable but not mandatory.

Required Skill Set

Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, FTP, NAS, DDNS, P2P
Knowledge of LAN and WAN
Experience on CCTV and related products will be an added advantage
CCNA | MCSE (Desirable)
Excellent Communication Skills and Neutral Accent.

Job Responsibility-

Provide Technical Support to our esteemed Customers over the call/ email or chat.
Help them to commission newly purchased products or troubleshoot their current products.
