ANSR Source is looking for QA Engineer (Accessibility & Manual Testing)

Candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and assistive technology compatibility. Experience testing across devices, browsers, or operating systems. Experience with bug-tracking tools. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 compliance and experience working with screen readers such as JAWS or NVDA

Bonus Experience-

Testing on eLearning platforms such as Moodle, Storyline, Canvas, or Rise 360
Document remediation (tagging or remediating PDF, Word, Excel, PPT files)
Working in the eLearning domain or with American or European clients and teams

Key Responsibilities-

Review eLearning builds for accessibility to ensure they comply with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508 and ADA guidelines as required.
Create test plans and effectively test eLearning builds to ensure they meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
Create detailed logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to the development teams.
Prepare WCAG conformance reports or VPAT summaries as required.

Other Responsibilities-

Prepare and review checklists for testing across various tools or eLearning platforms.
Coordinate with project managers to provide deliverables and time estimates, share task status, and incorporate feedback.
Work with various cross-functional teams, keeping in mind corresponding templates and processes.
