BCE Global is looking for Quality Assurance/ Testing Engineer

Candidate should must have strong hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Experience in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and defect management. Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/ Python. API Testing: Experience in API Testing using Postman/ RestAssured. Test Management Tools: Experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications.
Lead and manage a team of test analysts, providing guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium, Java/ Python.

Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile delivery models, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
