The HR/ Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment while providing essential support to our Human Resources department. This role requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage various office tasks and support HR functions.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration or office administration roles is a must.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities of HR/ Office Administrator :
Human Resources:
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Support HR Manager with employee relations activities, such as conducting surveys, organizing events, and handling employee inquiries.
Manage performance management processes including going through the KPI`s and reviewing it , tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.
Being the bridge of communication between the management and the team members.
Office Administration:
Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies.
Oversee office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, providing assistance or forwarding to appropriate staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and office spaces.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
