Autope Solutions Private Limited is hiring for HR Administrator
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, assisting with the implementation of services, policies, and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and clerical skills, be familiar with office management procedures, and have a knack for problem-solving.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude in problem-solving. Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Maintain calendars of HR management team.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
