Candidate must be a Graduate with specialization in HR with minimum 6 to 8 years experience in HR in manufacturing company. Selection, Induction, Orientation of all new appointments. Draft and issuing of all the letters to employees e.g. Appointment Letters, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letters. Circulars/ notices meant for employees in consultation with Senior Management.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program Compensation & Benefits, Administration Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys Training and skill development of Employees Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities Employee Relation, Grievance handling to maintain harmonious relations.
Regular counseling of employees on unauthorized absenteeism & to review & suggest ways & means to arrest the attrition & implement retention tools. Initiate and implement Performance Management System in the organization in consultation with Senior Management. Maintain & Enhance A2Z Human Resource Planning, Evaluate Employees, Improve Employee Moral & relation and review and suggest improvement in existing Human Resource Policies, Program Manpower Planning and to deal with Manpower Contactors to ensure required nos. of manpower as per production plan.
