Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, IT Helpdesk, Software troubleshooting, Technical documentation. Must have excellent communication & troubleshooting skills.
Job Responsibility-
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems to ensure prompt resolution. Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals. Ensure customer issues are logged, tracked, and resolved within defined SLAs.
Provide technical feasibility assessments and solutions for customer inquiries and issues. Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new ideas and perspectives on improving technical support.
