Candidate should be MBA/ PGDM in HR/ Industrial Relations, Operations or Equivalent with strong experience in HR Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Compliance Labour Laws, Contract Labour, Factory Act. Must have excellent communication skills.

Statutory Compliance and Liasoning Industrial Relations Time Office & Payroll Management Recruitment & Employee Separation Welfare & Employee Engagement Activities Up keeping/ Maintenance of office & factory premises.
