Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar field (freshers welcome). Strong understanding of HR administration, generalist activities, and recruitment processes. Proficiency in attendance management systems and ability to manage leave requests efficiently. Must have excellent communication skill in English.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR operations for employees. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Assist in managing employee records and maintaining accurate personnel files. Provide general support on HR-related matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. Perform miscellaneous tasks related to human resources administration.
