Candidate must have 6-10 years of experience in delivering native mobile applications Expert in Kotlin with experience with RESTful APIs, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices like SOLID principles for Android Knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns like MVVM, MVP, VIPER Knowledge of Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Good understanding of chart libraries available for Android Proven focus on code versioning, unit testing coverage, CI/ CD and release practices Experience in implementing for ease of operation, maintenance and debuggability Proven responsiveness to customer issues and excellent debugging skills
Desired Skills:
Understanding of data networking architecture and protocols Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Experience in optimising the transformation, interactive filtering and rendering of large data Worked on platform-level components of Android
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain native mobile applications and frameworks for Android Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application Own code quality, organisation, and automation Deliver independently with minimal supervision Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Must be ready to scale up on technology front.
