Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited is hiring for HR Executive (Payroll and Admin)
The HR Executive will support payroll processing, manage administrative tasks, handle employee reimbursements, and generate data reports. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
1.) Maintain payroll records, compliance data and ensure data integrity. 2.) Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation. 3.) Coordinate HR-related meetings, interviews, and training sessions. 4.) Manage office supplies and handle administrative requests from staff. 5.) Process employee reimbursement claims accurately and promptly. 6.) Verify and validate reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.
7.) Maintain detailed records of all reimbursement transactions. 8.) Collect and analyze HR data to generate regular reports on key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and employee satisfaction. 9.) Prepare and present data reports 10.) Utilize HR software and tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes. 11.) Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
