We are urgently looking for Senior Software Engineer - Java to Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in writing efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and software design for projects.
Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security, while providing constructive feedback to improve the team`s overall codebase.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive unit tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the code.
Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks, improving response times and overall system efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/ UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products that meet business requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and code comments, ensuring clear communication within the team.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support , responding to and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Implement and adhere to security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
