As a Software Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in Digital Health Foundational Services Engineering team to design, develop & deliver Test automation for Digital Health products. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in healthcare device connectivity, user interfaces (UI) and API Testing.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Neoload, Selenium, and others, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions that ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our Digital Health products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver products that meet the highest standards in healthcare technology.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications :
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in software test automation, with a focus on healthcare devices, UI, and API testing. Proven expertise in using test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Appium, and API testing tools like Postman,or JMeter. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with API testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence)
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare device communication protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Deep knowledge of UI/UX testing methodologies and best practices. Expertise in API testing, including designing, automating, and executing tests for RESTful APIs. Familiarity with healthcare software regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS). Certification in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or API testing tools. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
