LTI Mindtree Limited - Technology Consulting is hiring for Senior QA/ Automation Testing
Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Automation Testing Experience conducting PERFORMANCE testing of mission critical applications Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools eg HP ALM Performance testing experience with Java applications and API based applications
Experience with scripting and testing using Load runner Gatling Jmeter and other widely used perf testing tools Ability to analyze performance and statistics by building custom scripts and through various tools such as AppDynamics Grafana log files etc Ability to create test planning scripting reusable performance test scripts Must have excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities-
Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business Analysis on Test results with engineers and take a GONO GO decision with stake holders on acceptance criteria Documents all problems and assists in their resolution Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners
