Firstsource is looking for Technical Support Executive

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Support Voice Process team. The role involves assisting customers over voice calls with troubleshooting broadband connectivity issues, router/ modem configurations, Wi-Fi setups, and IP networking problems.

Required Skills:

Good verbal communication skills in English
Strong knowledge in broadband/ WIFI/ ROUTER/ IPS ADDRESS/ LAN
Experience in handling router and modem troubleshooting
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS) for connectivity support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fresher- Bachelors degree in BE/ B.TECH/ BCA are eligible to apply.
Post graduates are not eligible to apply and non tech graduates freshers are not eligible to apply.
Prior experience in a technical support voice process (1+ years preferred).

Customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational/ night shifts.
Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound technical support calls for broadband internet services.
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Router/ modem setup and configuration.
Wi-Fi connectivity and signal issues.
IP address configuration
DNS, DHCP, and network speed issues.
Device connectivity and LAN/ WAN issues.
Guide customers through step-by-step resolutions via phone.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support or engineering teams.
Document all customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
Provide a professional and courteous customer service experience.
Educate users on best practices for router/Wi-Fi usage and device security.
