We are seeking a motivated Primary Software Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support (primarily via phone) to customers. Responsibilities include software issue resolution, ticket management, and assisting with AMC management. Based in our Goregaon, Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer support calls, understand issues, and provide basic solutions.
Log and manage support tickets accurately.
Escalate complex issues appropriately.
Follow up with customers on ticket status.
Assist with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) tracking.
Contribute to the knowledge base.
Maintain professional customer communication.
Adhere to support processes.
Demo and training to clients on software.
Skills Required:
Excellent Hindi verbal communication.
Basic technical understanding of software.
Problem-solving and customer service skills.
Active listening and patience.
Basic computer literacy.
Willingness to learn ticketing systems.
Team player with good time management.
