We are looking for a ServiceNow Tester with 3+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or CMDB modules.
The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and custom applications to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
Technical Skills & ServiceNow Knowledge-
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Testing (manual & automated).
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and test automation tools.
Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Experience with CI/ CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and test automation frameworks is a plus.
Soft Skills & Work Environment-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address test failures.
Ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and report test results.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work in an Agile/ Scrum environment.
Preferred Certifications-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or ITOM)
ISTQB Certification (Preferred)
ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (Plus)
