Capgemini Technology is looking for Technical Support Analyst
Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of SaaS environments and ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred).
Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for dashboard creation and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage escalations and work under pressure.
Job Responsibility
Operational Reporting: Design and maintain Tableau/Excel dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business operations.
Data Analysis: Work with Zendesk to extract, interpret, and analyze ticketing data for trend identification and process improvement.
Application Support: Provide L2/L3 support for applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalations.
Ticket Management: Handle tickets efficiently using a ticketing tool, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
