As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of applications from .NET Framework to .NET 8. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of application migration projects to .NET 8.
  • Conduct in-depth dependency analysis to identify and mitigate migration risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and gather requirements.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated on latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (Framework and .NET Core/8).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
