Qualification: Any Computer Science Graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience in technical support, or customer support
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Languages: English/ Hindi/ Tamil

Job Responsibilities-

Manage the customer from the point of sale to product adoption
Help successfully implement the product for the customers
Own and create plans for product support & implementation
Handle customer queries about the product implementation
Understand customer needs and try to align the product implementation accordingly
Support customers through emails, phone calls, chats, social media, video calls, etc.

Work Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Job Location: Remote, Work From Home
