We are seeking a Tech Lead (.NET & Angular) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our product platform. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular (18+) and .NET Core (8+), combined with the ability to lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect microservices-based systems, guide frontend architecture, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams. This is not a project-only role — it involves long-term platform ownership and architectural influence

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Angular (18+) and .NET Core (8+).
  • Architect and implement secure, scalable Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  • Drive adoption of microservices-based architecture and best engineering practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to frontend and backend engineers.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Design efficient database schemas and optimize SQL queries.
  • Oversee integration with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies while influencing technical direction.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, performance optimization, and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure smooth CI/CD integration and release management.
Core Technical Skills

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular 18+
    o Components, services, RxJS
    o State management
    o Micro Frontend architecture
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
    Backend
  • Deep expertise in .NET Core (8+) / .NET Framework (4.5+)
  • Strong experience building scalable ASP.NET Core Web APIs
  • Microservices architecture design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
  • Experience with LINQ and Entity Framework Core
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
    Database
  • Strong SQL skills (query writing, optimization)
  • Performance tuning and indexing strategies
  • Database design fundamentals
    DevOps & Tools
  • Proficient in Git / GitHub
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience with debugging and troubleshooting production systems
Architecture & Engineering Mindset
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices
  • Focus on long-term maintainability and platform stability
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with delivery timelines
  • Performance and security-conscious development approach
