Eligibility Criteria-
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Tech Graduates are eligible.
Non-Tech Graduates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
Job Responsibilities-
Handle customer queries over phone calls related to technical issues.
Provide clear and accurate information or troubleshooting steps to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Keep records of customer interactions and update the system accurately.
