Mediaocean is looking for Software Test Engineer

Candidate must have of 3 to 5 years of experience in test automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium Web driver with Java, C#.
Exposure to API testing (or performance testing) is a must.
Good at Core Java programming and OOPs concepts.
Understanding of different flavors of test automation frameworks & entire eco-system around it.
Good exposure to regression/ smoke test automation and maintenance
Strong problem-solving, analytical ability.
Good at written/verbal communication and should be able to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Responsibilities

As part of our core test automation team, which serve majority of our platform applications/teams as a horizontal – you will interact with members across multiple functions, i.e. developers, QAs, product, ops & devops.
Develop and maintain automated tests (both API & UI) using existing frameworks.
Contribute in keeping existing test frameworks maintained, while ready to work on enhancements.
Interface with Dev/QA to clarify functional doubts; create test data, configuration.
Work with developers, QAs to understand features and technical implementations.
Participate in planning, and delivery of new tests, support automated smokes & regressions.
Raise defects/issues with clarity and correctness. Drive them through to resolution.
Report on test results and progress as required.
Contribute to smoke management and regression result analysis.
