Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing phases. Experience in creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.) and using bug tracking tools.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and systematically
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Job Responsibility-
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on software requirements and specifications.
Create detailed documentation of test procedures and results.
Execute test cases manually to identify bugs, defects, or inconsistencies in software functionality, user interface, and performance.
Record and report defects using issue – tracking systems
Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and that new changes do not introduce new issues.
Validate fixes and enhancements after development iterations.
Collaborate with development teams to communicate identified issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
