Candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in manual software testing
Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and UI
Exposure to Service Cloud or Service Cloud Voice features is a plus
Understanding of call center environments, such as agent workflows or telephony handling
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)
Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent
Nice to Have-
Exposure to Amazon Connect, Twilio, or other CTI platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce omni-channel, case routing, or voice interactions
Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment
Knowledge of test automation basics (though this is a manual testing role)
Soft Skills-
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a QA team
Eagerness to learn Salesforce and telephony integrations
