Quest Global is looking for Senior Test Engineer – Automation

Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in test automation with strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Proficient coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python. Hands-on experience with ALM, ClearQuest, Git, and Jenkins. Hands on experience in at least 2 of these python, selenium Squish, Shell scripting, & Java on Linux platform. Good understanding of BDD-Behaviour Driven Development, User Interface automation testing experience.

Experience with BDD tools (Squish/ Cucumber).
Proven ability to design test plans/ cases and produce test, defect, and summary reports.
Experience with Verification and Validation, preferably in the healthcare domain.
Familiarity with multiple testing types: smoke, functional, integration, regression, beta, database, exploratory, and error guessing.
Comfortable working on Linux.
Able to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment; quick learner with strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with tools like WinSCP, Putty, Rally, ClearCase, Collaborator, SVN
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/ techniques using different test approaches
Experience with establishing Performance KPIs at both component and system level
Good knowledge of Healthcare Industry, Clinical Application requirements & regulatory standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of agile development model
Ability to work independently with limited or no hand holding.,
