Tech Mahindra is looking for Manual Testing Engineer
Candidate must have proficiency in various manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Ability to design effective and efficient test cases based on requirements.
Experience using bug tracking tools and reporting defects effectively.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manually executing test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects using a bug tracking system.
Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications and user stories.
Identifying and reporting defects, providing detailed steps for reproduction and relevant information.
Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
Clearly communicating test results, issues, and progress to the relevant teams.
Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
