Candidate must have strong knowledge of manual testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Lifecycle)
Should have experience with writing and executing test cases and test scenarios
Basic understanding of Selenium WebDriver with Java/ Python
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured
Good understanding of database testing (SQL queries, basic DB validations)
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and security
Write detailed test cases, test plans, and test reports
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python/ Java
Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure software quality
Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
Work on API testing using Postman or RestAssured
Gain expertise in CI/ CD pipelines for automated test execution
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in testing
