We are looking for bright talent who can build future testing capability for ongoing BAU delivery and drive quality improvements across multiple agile teams. You will be working on the QA Team who caters to the product, platform and business needs of several Agile Release Trains, E2E Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) Quality Assurance team is fundamental to unlocking value for our Merchant business, being relied upon primarily to ensure the stability of our production releases and platforms for our customers.
Candidate should have 5 + years of experience in software testing with focus on both manual and automated testing.
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles preferably using SAFe Agile methodology
Hands on experience in both Functional and Automation testing
Experience with testing frameworks- Selenium and tools such as Cucumber
Good understanding and knowledge in Java
Experience with Salesforce application and certification are highly valued
Provide subject matter expert knowledge in Quality Assurance best practices, tools, and software
Experience working with Rally or JIRA for test case and defect management
Experience working with version control tools like GitHub
Building strong relationships across multiple engineering teams and with stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
Identify, document and track defects and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them
Understand and test Salesforce configurations, customizations and integrations
Provide good test coverage including functional, integration and regression testing
Ensuring new scripts are updated/ integrated in the test automation pack
Investigation and reporting of defects/ bugs discovered, following re-test after fix
Delivering regular progress/status reports as required
Work closely with developers, product owners and other stake holders to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of SDLC
