We are seeking QA Engineers with experience in ServiceNow Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications through automation testing. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), test case creation, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify testing needs and improve testing efficiency within Agile development cycles.
Experience & Skills-
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Testing, including automation and manual testing.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation.
Experience in writing test cases, executing tests, and identifying defects in ServiceNow applications
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules
Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing
Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or other automation testing tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Postman for API testing.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Soft Skills & Work Environment

Key Responsibilities–
Automation & Functional Testing
Develop and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Design, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks for ServiceNow applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
Work closely with ServiceNow development teams to ensure test cases align with business and technical requirements.
Identify defects and inconsistencies, log them in defect-tracking tools, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
Test Strategy & Process Improvement
Define test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on user stories and business requirements.
Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability of automation scripts.
Identify areas for test automation expansion and suggest improvements to automation frameworks.
ServiceNow Platform & Agile Collaboration
Perform testing activities in Agile and DevOps environments, ensuring sprint-based testing.
Work with developers to ensure automated testing is integrated into CI/ CD pipelines.
Support performance testing and security testing efforts when required. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test reports, and automation execution logs.
Provide test execution status reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
