We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer (Microsoft Azure, C#) to lead the development and support of enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft technology ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant applications aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert, driving innovation, implementing best practices, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that support Synechron’s digital transformation and client objectives.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with the .NET framework, including .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language (latest versions preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Service Bus, etc.)
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics 365 architectures and integrations
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework Core for database access and data management
- Preferred Skills:
- Front-end familiarity with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- PowerShell scripting and automation tools for deployment and configuration
- Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise .NET applications on-premises and in Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement scalable solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead for project delivery, overseeing code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in .NET and Azure solutions.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
- Drive automation initiatives for deployment, configuration, and monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
- Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable deployment cycles.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments to ensure high standards of quality.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend strategic improvements.
