Candidate must have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Software testing or quality assurance. Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles. Consistently works to direction with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results. Individuals are expected to be able to work on a range of tasks and problems, demonstrating their ability to apply their skills and knowledge.
Must have complete SDLC experience in Agile methodology
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills to interact regularly with customer
Quick learner and good analytical and decision making skills.
Good to have:-
CI/ CD Pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
Exposure to Service requirements & Healthcare regulatory standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of agile development model
Ability to work independently with limited or no hand holding
Role & Responsibilities-
Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications
Suggest and implement improvements on current products
Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability
Work closely and guide team members to help debug and resolve issues
Provide valuable feedback to the development team to improve the design and functionality of the product.
Document and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve them
Ensure that testing activities are completed on time and meet the quality standards.
