We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves leading technical design and development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and design end-to-end technical solutions.
Lead development efforts and guide team members in implementing scalable applications.
Write clean, efficient, and optimized code adhering to best practices.
Communicate technical status and updates to project stakeholders.
Conduct peer code reviews and collaborate with architects.
Support QA, UAT, and production deployments.
Develop unit tests and ensure code coverage meets standards.
Maintain high standards of software quality and performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies.
Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Expertise in Java backend development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/Spring JPA.
Experience with REST APIs, multi-threading, and memory management.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
Hands-on experience with React and Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Ability to write optimized and maintainable code.
Good to Have
Experience in E-commerce or Payment domains.
Background in high-end technology product development environments.
Work Experience: 3 – 8 Years
