We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Tester with 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications through rigorous manual testing. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with proven experience in Manual software testing. Must have strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. Experience using Postman and running data validation scripts. Should have good analytical and communication skills. Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
Use Postman for API testing
Run scripts to check synchronization of data between two systems
Document, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure software functionality meets business and performance requirements
Participate in review meetings and contribute to process improvements
Maintain and update test documentation based on changes
