Candidate must have strong experience in both test automation and hands-on manual QA across the full project lifecycle. Proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks across UI, API, backend services, and microservices. Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API automation. Strong API testing experience using Postman, including scripting and collection automation.
- Experience manually testing complex workflows and converting them into automated test scenarios.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, feature breakdowns, integration dependencies, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end test plans across distributed systems.
- Proficiency with VS Code and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
- Experience working with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar tools.
- Experience testing Salesforce, Java Spring Boot, and AWS-based microservices.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, QA processes, regression prevention, and quality best practices.
- Ability to own QA deliverables from inception through release with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Experience working across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and microservices environments.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage offshore QA engineers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to provide structured updates to management.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with global teams.

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to own QA processes and deliverables across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working in distributed team environments with offshore coordination.
- Strong alignment with quality engineering best practices and continuous improvement approaches.
