We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer/ Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will work on scalable, high-performance healthcare applications while ensuring compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Implement event-driven and real-time processing using Kafka
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs, working with JSON and WebSocket integrations
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams working on Angular or ReactJS for seamless UI-backend integration
  • Participate in requirement analysis, system design discussions, and code reviews
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Configure and manage AWS services including IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, and related cloud resources
  • Ensure applications comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards
  • Identify, debug, and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration details
Core Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
  • Experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming
  • Strong experience in database management (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and WebSocket communication
Cloud & DevOps
  • Good hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
    • IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
