Fint Solutions is looking for Manual Tester/ QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing. Experience in the healthcare domain would be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for validating web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality, compliance, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Validate healthcare workflows, data accuracy, and compliance-related functionalities.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
Prepare test reports and maintain QA documentation.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA feedback during SDLC/STLC phases.

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle.
Experience in healthcare domain projects/applications is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of healthcare.
Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Good understanding of SQL/ database validation.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile/ Scrum methodology.
Exposure to API testing tools like Postman is a plus.
Certification in QA/ testing is an advantage.
