Candidate must have 10+ years of QA automation experience using various test automation frameworks and lead Automation projects. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using Python and Selenium. Should have experience in testing both UI and web services (API s). Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the continuous integration/ continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Must have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in functional testing, knowledge of QA practices including Agile methodology
Person should be able to work independently and also able to guide people technically
Selenium with Python experience
Git, SQL experience
Generating test data required to execute test cases.
Ability to lead a team
Experience working in Agile environment
Test Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Propose and implement improvements to the existing automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Good to have:
Candidates having security and load testing knowledge is a plus.
Experience in integrating test suites in CICD pipeline.
