We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually testing web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify, report, and track bugs through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Understand and follow software development and testing life cycles (SDLC & STLC)
Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct pre-release sanity checks and regression testing.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and processes.
Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and testing documentation.
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
Programming knowledge (basic level preferred, not mandatory)
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Exposure to defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Knowledge of web technologies or mobile platforms is an added advantage.
