We are seeking Manual Tester who will be responsible for performing manual testing on CRM applications to ensure they meet client requirements. Must think from end user perspective while testing the software applications (Product and Project both). Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
Must have a good analytical skills and understanding of manual testing processes, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting. Knowledge of different types of testing like Smoke testing, Sanity testing, Retesting, Regression testing, Exploratory Testing. Focus on ensuring software quality through continuous testing within an Agile, involving collaboration, early defect detection, should adapt to continuous changing requirements and user stories.
Must have a strong analytical skills to analyze the impact of changes and releases on existing functionality.
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification or equivalent testing certification will be an added advantage.
Must have knowledge of testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect management tools.
Required Experience: 0 – 6 Months only (Manual Tester)
Freshers with manual testing certification is a plus
Pass out Year (2021-2025) & 60% and above in all Academics
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute functional test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Define test scenarios and ensure proper test coverage for CRM applications.
Write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases for functional testing.
Execute functional test cases to validate CRM system features.
Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
Report and track issues and bugs in the defect management system.
Identify, record, and manage defects in the CRM system.
Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Perform Smoke testing, Sanity testing, Retesting, Exploratory testing, Load Testing and User Acceptance Testing on daily basis.
Perform regression testing to ensure changes in the CRM system do not affect existing functionality.
Analyze formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
Report and track issues and bugs in the defect management system.
Analyze the impact of changes and releases on existing functionality.
