We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java development within the Java Frameworks family to design develop and maintain high quality software solutions. Develop enhance and maintain Java based applications using frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts project managers and QA to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Engage in architectural discussions to ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns.
Mentor and guide junior developers to foster continuous learning and code quality improvements. Stay current with emerging Java technologies and industry trends to apply innovative solutions. Write clear and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance security and reliability. Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle SDLC from requirement analysis to deployment and support
Roles & Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Java applications aligned with business needs
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior team members
Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance to ensure high availability
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to code and system architecture
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Promote sustainable development methodologies and best practices within the team.
