Job Responsibilities-
Will be a SPOC for all development projects
Daily check for BAU (Business as usual) for all projects
First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action, training will be provided
Daily review of logs & share findings to team
Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
Co-ordination with Bank/ internal teams/ aggregators/ card schemes whenever required
Part of Technical Operations Team, Fresher graduates are also preferred
Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management
Liaising and reporting to seniors with all daily and monthly activities.
