Candidate should have 5+ years experience in Functional & UAT testing with exposure to at least 1 national level e-Governance, Enterprise Platform, or Marketplace project. Proficient in authoring and executing test cases for functional workflows including field-level controls, maker-checker processes, approval hierarchies, and audit trails.
Hands-on expertise in regression, integration, and end-to-end functional
testing across complex modules and business processes.
Ability to read and analyze the requirement specifications documents (BRDs, user stories, Wireframes) and design documents to define quality test cases covering the functional aspects as well as the key business logic and rules to be tested.
Experience in cross-platorm/ modules testing including cross-browser validation for web portals and multi-device testing for mobile applications.
Skilled in defect logging, triage, and collaboration with developers/business teams to ensure timely closure of issues.
Education/ Certifications: Bachelor’s in engineering/CS/IT or equivalent.
Mandatory Certification: ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate.
Preferred: Tool-based certifications in test management, automation, or API testing.
