Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in manual testing with strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices. Expertise in API testing. Familiarity with CI/ CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps). Should have good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Must have Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with containerization.
- Knowledge of observability tools for performance monitoring.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
- Experience with security testing and DevSecOps practices.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in any programming language such as C#.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium) is a must, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is nice to have.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Implement and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards.
- Analyse performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
- Document test strategies, plans, and results for transparency and compliance.
