We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manual Tester to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Experience in manual testing is mandatory, while knowledge of automation testing will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and write detailed test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
Coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
Execute test cases and validate the expected vs actual results.
Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
Participate in review meetings and contribute to improving testing processes.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience in web and mobile application testing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar defect management tools.
Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries for validation.
Exposure to Agile/ Scrum methodologies.
Preferred (Automation Testing)
Basic knowledge or working experience in Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
Ability to write and execute automation test scripts.
Familiarity with any programming/ scripting language used for automation.

Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and explore automation testing for future growth.
