We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical/ Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer support operations for schools and providing hands-on technical assistance and training.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any discipline)
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Age: 18 25 years
Must own a personal laptop

Required Skills & Attributes:

Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a presentable personality.
Language proficiency in English and Hindi.
Basic technical knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt customer support via email and phone.
Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails for customer queries and support.
Visit client schools for on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
Conduct training sessions to help clients understand and use the product effectively.
Maintain documentation of client issues and resolutions.
Assist in creating reports and presentations as needed.
