We are looking for an experienced Manual Test Analyst with strong exposure to the Banking domain to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate end-to-end business workflows across Corporate Banking applications.
Execute end-to-end testing for banking transactions.
Log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Clients to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support production validation and post-release verification to ensure seamless deployments.
Required Skills
3+ years of Manual Testing experience with strong exposure to the Banking domain
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Software Testing methodologies
Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and UAT Testing
Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, ALM, or similar)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments is preferred
